At CYC, every membership opens the door to all athletic and academic programs for youth ages 3–18. Learn how to register, view upcoming enrollment periods, and access our scholarship and policy information below.

CYC membership includes access to every sport and academic program for one affordable monthly rate.
Membership Pricing:
- Registration Fee: $40 per student (covers your first month)
- Monthly Membership Fee: $37 for the first child per household
- Sibling Discount: $18 per additional child (applied beginning the second month)
How to Register:
Registration is completed by email only.
Please
download and fill out the
registration packet and send it to
info@cycmail.org with the following information for each child:
Example Email:
Child’s First & Last Name (age 14)
Judo: 8p-9p Thursday (1) Tuesday (2) Preferably both days
Child’s First & Last Name (age 10)
Soccer: 6:30p-7:45p Wednesday (1) or Monday (3) Preferably both days if no Girls Only
Girls Only on Wednesday 5:20p-6:20p (2)
Flag: 5p-6:30p Tuesday
Financial Aid:
We believe no child should be turned away due to financial hardship. CYC offers scholarships for qualifying families through our Financial Aid Program.
- One application per household is required.
- Applications are reviewed on an ongoing basis.
- Scholarships may be adjusted or revoked at any time.
- You must be an active member to apply for financial aid.
Important Notes:
- Children must be fully potty trained and able to use the restroom independently.
- Membership must be
cancelled before the next billing cycle to avoid charges for the following month.
(Example: Cancel by the end of July to avoid August fees.)

- New members pay a $40 set-up fee when they register, class starts the following month. AUTO PAY is required.
Current & Upcoming Enrollment Dates
CYC offers year-round enrollment periods for various programs. Registration links go live at 11:00 AM on the dates listed below. For some programs, registration starts on the last week of the previous month and will continue until all spots are full. The class schedule below is the most up-to-date schedule available.
Class Policies:
- Members may only attend classes they are enrolled in.
- Attendance and punctuality are expected for all programs.
- Late arrivals may be denied class entry at the instructor’s discretion. See below for each program's policy.
- All member accounts must be active and up to date before attending class.
- Class times and schedules are subject to change throughout the year.
Absences:
If your child will miss class, please submit an absence notice so our staff can adjust attendance records and maintain class efficiency.
