Our Programs

We encourage all members to develop the discipline, work ethic and desire to excel through dynamic and challenging classes.

  • Our Academic Excellence program is composed of two age specific academic tutoring rooms equipped with computers, internet access, and unlimited resources. For more information click here.

  • Over the years, CYC has produced several national champions and numerous outstanding boxers, and continues to do so today. More importantly, the program has taught and developed core values in young boys and girls that will help them in all areas of their lives. The coaching staff proudly teaches the values of respect, camaraderie, tenacity, sportsmanship, honor, and especially the three D’s of the CYC: Discipline, Dedication and Desire. For more information click here.

  • The CYC Cheerleading Program is designed to teach girls and boys of all ages about the sport of all-star cheerleading. Cheerleading teaches discipline, dedication, leadership, team work, and sportsmanship. We provide a positive and fun learning experience at all levels 1 through 5. For more information click here.

  • CYC’s Dance program is suited for all types of dancers from 3 to 18 years old with varied levels of instruction, from beginner to advanced. Beginner dancers will learn the basic fundamentals of their discipline while engaging in creative exercises and activities to promote self-expression. As the dancer progresses in their ability they will be invited into the upper levels of the program, challenging their skill, focus, and ability to work as a team.

CYC offers recreational dance classes five days a week that consist of: Creative Movement, Ballet, Jazz, Tap, Modern, and Hip-Hop. Students will naturally progress from Introductory Levels into Level 1, and will require instructor permission to advance further. Teen classes and Homeschool classes are offered in a beginner-friendly setting to accommodate the needs of the community.

  • Our Flag Football Program is designed to develop young athletes through a strong foundation in the fundamentals of the game—passing, catching, route running, and defensive positioning. We foster a culture of discipline, teamwork, and respect, helping members grow both on and off the field.

Through structured practices and inclusive team-building activities, players build lasting friendships, learn accountability, and become part of a supportive community that values effort, character, and sportsmanship.

  • At CYC, we offer more than just a place for recreational gymnastics. We provide a positive learning experience for your child. To allow each child’s development in a safe and positive manner, our Tumble Tots classes have a desired 6 to 1 student to coach ratio and our School Age classes have an 8 to 1 ratio. For more information click here.

  • Judo is a fun sport, a physical and mental discipline, a martial art form, a recreational activity, a means of self-defense and a fitness program. For more information click here.

  • The goal of the soccer program is to develop intelligent, intuitive and creative soccer players with the correct technical, tactical, physical and psychological skills to succeed on the pitch. The CYC Soccer Program provides age-appropriate training for the youth soccer player. For more information click here.

  • The Strength and Conditioning program aims to help our members reach their full athletic potential while minimizing the risk of injury through a variety of strength exercises. For more information click here.

  • The CYC Taekwondo program focuses on fundamentals of the martial art. Every student has their strengths, weaknesses, and personal interests. Some are very motivated to compete, others are more concerned with self-defense, general fitness, or any number of aspects of training that Taekwondo provides. For more information click here.

  • The CYC Wrestling program offers young athletes the opportunity to participate and excel in one of the world’s oldest sports.
