The Sports Specific Conditioning (SSC) Program offers various options to CYC
members. As a support program, young athletes and students from CYC can train specifically
as a supplement to their sport, or their general lifestyle. Athletes and students
alike can increase vital attributes like stability, strength, flexibility, conditioning
and speed. More >

Lap-A-Palooza is coming around again. This SSC annual fundraiser will have a sign-up sheet outside of the weight room. Students and parents are encouraged to participate in running and finding sponsors. June 25 is the date, and 4:30 is the time. If you want to run, please visit the weight room to sign up.
The slack line class is full. Instructor Trevor Harvey has been doing a great job teaching students how to walk tight rope. Several students can stand, walk and even practice various tricks. It�s awesome to watch.
Trevor Lopez is SSC Student of the Month. Trevor has been very dedicated to working out since he�s joined weight lifting, and he also helps tremendously with new students and keeping the weight room clean.
