Please fill out forms online or bring them into the office.  If you are looking to sign your child up for membership you will need to fill out the release form and bring it into the office directly.  All scholarship applications need to be turned into the office by 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday to begin processing that week.

For all scholarships please allow two (2) weeks for processing.
